We use only non-toxic, food-safe paints and glazes to guarantee the safety of those who handle our products. Our food-safe pieces may be used in the dishwasher and microwave. However, you will enjoy your piece for many more years if you limit your use of these appliances. The hand-painted pieces may experience thermal shock going quickly from one temperature to another creating small cracks in the glaze. Glazed from the Heart products are one of a kind.
